Vegas Trip

Well here it is people our wonderful and glorious trip to Vegas. We really didn't bust out the camera that much as you can tell, but it was an awesome trip. We got to see our friends and the gorgeous Vegas Temple. It was amazing. It also made our wedding all that more real. We are super excited to see everyone and can't wait for it to be our turn. I hope that you enjoy our pictures. I had fun taking them. Next time I will use my camera more and get a better documentation of things. This trip just seemed very rushed which is sad cuz it was a lot of fun.

The Weekend Wedding.

Alright so here it is the Wedding that many of us have been waiting 8 excruciatingly long years. Well all I have to say is congratulations to Jeremy and Kristina Mikelson. I can't express my love and appreciation for these two individuals. I have been through a lot with the two of them and am glad to have finally see them come together in the bonds of marriage. This was very exciting for me because I was the Best Man and was able to share some of those feelings with them and with the families of these two individuals as well. Families that I have both grown to love and call my own as well. Well anyways on to the pictures of these wonderful festivities. I hope that you have enjoyed a
small glimpse into this wonderful wedding. If you would like to see all the pictures than you can go to my webalbums the post is in the links portion on the side of the blog.
Hammy out.

Advice From Edward Abbey

"One final paragraph of advice: Do not burn yourself out. Be as I am-a reluctant enthusiast... a part time crusader, a half-hearted fanatic. Save the other half of yourselves and your lives for pleasure and adventure. It is not enough to fight for the land; it is even more important to enjoy it. While you can. While it is still there. So get out there and mess around with your friends, ramble out yonder and explore the forests, encounter the grizz, climb the mountains. Run the rivers, breathe deep of that yet sweet and lucid air, sit quietly for a while and contemplate the precious stillness, that lovely, mysterious and awesome space. Enjoy yourselves, keep your brain in your head and your head firmly attached to your body, the body active and alive, and I promise you this much: I promise you this one sweet victory over our enemies, over those deskbound people with their hearts in a safe deposit box and their eyes hypnotized by desk calculators. I promise you this: you will outlive the bastards."”
~Edward Abbey.

Thanks Edward. You are an inspiration to us all.
